SLV Foodstock is a Farm to Table Dinner event that seeks to celebrate and showcase some of the San Luis Valley's finest food producers!
This year, The Corset Ranch, Sol Mountain Farm, and the Windsor Hotel are collaborating to bring to you a very special evening of incredible local foods here in the SLV. All of the food will be sourced from less than an 8-mile radius - this is as local as it gets!
The event prioritizes sustainability and leaving as small of a footprint as possible. Even the dinnerware will be brought back to Sol Mountain Farm to be composted!
